T M Owen & Son Ltd is a family construction company established in 1962 that has been a member of the NHBC for many years. We are a developers based in Emersons Green, Bristol, who cater to the South West of England. It is currently being run by Steve Owen, taking over from his father Terry who started the company in 1962. Steve is carrying on the family name of a long established construction company where customer care and quality have become second nature.

Our Company has a history of its own development projects in design and new build as well as working from client based designed projects. We can either be involved from stage one of the design and work closely with the client to ascertain exact requirements or can work from plans supplied directly by the client.
Our company has also been building home extensions for many years and is able to offer a professionally managed building service that covers house extensions, single or, two storey; with the emphasis on quality of service and input into the design, we are able to provide drawings and make applications on the clients behalf if required.

We offer a design service whereby you use the same footprint of your existing conservatory but have the benefit of adding a traditional pitched roof allowing light through Velux windows to create a light airy feeling, keeping warmth in the winter months and coolness in the summer months thus creating a more useful Kitchen/dining room open living space.
